I just saw that too, and sent a PM to Hashbury. I don't remember them ever being down either, and I'm just submitting a free site for them.
Are you getting "The requested resource is in use." also? Geeze I hope it isn't a hack, and just that Apache needs a restart. I make WAY too much of my money from them to have them go down for long.
