Good morning.

I am taking my daughter to her psychiatrist today to get her Concerta (Ritalin) prescription renewed for her ADD. Other than that it is the same old -- working on my blogs and doing family stuff.

It's minus -20c (-4f) here and going up to a high of -6c (21f) later.

Fuckityfuck, it's cold.
