I'm a Luddite, and I don't own one, so I don't know.
I've got a decent sized local email list and I usually send out messages around 1 a.m. once or twice a month.
If someone is on a cell, do they get some kind of a ring or signal every time they get an email? Anything that would wake them up and piss them off?
