We have porcelain tile through the whole house now. It was pretty expensive but 6 years later looks just like it did when it was first laid.

We have ceramic tile in the bathrooms, and entryway, but had it professionally installed. (and wow was that pricey) We can actually buy almost the same ceramic tile at home depot for cheaper than the peel and stick (it is $.99 for 16x16 squares) but neither of us have ever laid tile before, and that big of squares and our tiny office, we are going to have to do a lot of cutting. My office is really weird shaped roughly 8x10 but the door is on a diagonal in one corner.
