So last night watched this movie called " Fat,Sick, and Nearly Dead" on netflix. Pretty interesting. I so need to get more micro nutrients after watching it. At least for the two main guys it was amazing to see the changes that were documented with them.

What you are about to do to your blogs is really the way to go. Now you will be waking all those Google spiders up so they can do their thing. That is give all your blogs a bump. Good stuff. eidoos77.
