1st off, the recip has to be on the site that I'm linking too - this is the case with pretty much every link list or TGP that you will ever submit to.
2nd, I can tell by looking at the site that you'll never be able to put up a recip that I'd be happy with - with paysites, we usually suggest that you either build small free sites that promote it, link to use from them & submit them to be listed and/or start up a webmaster referral program.
