I don't think there's a need for the "Site Navigation Menu" on the index page - SE's will find those links via the enter link. Plus it's just another thing for reviewewrs to look & & possibly think they are ad links.
Having the pics on html page will get you declined in a few places & those that do accept them usually only allow 1 link off the page.
