Thanks for explaining it. That's what I thought, better SEO for both me and submitters, resulting in more traffic for all of us. And, less work for submitter. I realize I would lose traffic from recip tables, but I don't see any downside for submitter.

But this should work, recip links from index pages holds much more value than reciprocals on domain.com/folder/subfolder/fs.html and fs without so many reciprocals should have much better chance for higher SEO. Once linklist receives many extra backlinks from domain index/main pages, linklist should have more organic traffic from google ( mainly because lists our fs's not very heavy on external links ) therefore listed fs should receive more traffic from linklist.
