The 2nd is promoting a mega amateur site
The 3rd is 404
& when you say "resubmitting" to me that means that you've already submitted it to me & you want to submit it again. If it got listed the 1st time, that's a big no-no. But, if it got declined the 1st time & you've made corrections, please feel free to resubmit it
