Got up early to turn the strawberries and blueberries, that we bought last night, into fruit leather. Got twelve trays dehydrating now.
It will be nice having a fruit leather to take with us on the
evening paddle we are doing to Vizcaya Saturday. I've been to
Vizcaya many times to walk around its gardens and the mansion. Actually liked it better before it was restored and had a dome put over the mansion. Before it was restored it looked kind of haunted, like a place that the Adams Family would live at. Always wanted to see what it looked like from the bay so this Saturday, weather permitting, I'll get to find out.
Doing some work and then hitting the gym and then back home to work until Christy gets home or until I'm burnt out, whichever comes first.
