First Of All Green Guy I want to thank you for this forum
I got into this business in a backasswards kind of a way I knew zip about the adult biz and very little html. I bought a cheap pay site off of ebay, converted it over to Tijuana whores, bought a camera went to Tijuana took some crappy pictures and uploaded them, bought some traffic and nothing happened. So I paid to have my site search engine optimized went back to Tijuana took more crappy pictures, uploaded them, bought traffic and still nothing happened. Then I decided to learn how the hell to market an adult site. I found GreenGuyandJim a couple of days after you guys got back from Florida last summer, after reading all the posts I decided that if that many people could afford to travel to Florida then people that knew the adult biz were members of your forum and I made it my forum too.
I attended the first On The Bench with MrMarryLou and will never forget him asking how many people had hubs and me saying to myself “what the fuck is a hub”. It’s been a steep learning curve I’ve learned a lot and am actually starting to make a little $ and continue to learn more daily.
But my pictures are still shitty I use a Pentax Optio550 (5 mega pixel) The lighting in the brothel rooms sucks one bare bulb, the lights are on the ceiling in some rooms the wall in others so there are shadows everywhere. I have tried in vain to take some decent pictures With out having to haul a bunch of lights into the brothels and back and forth across the boarder
That said I’m going to bring a professional photographer with me next week and he can haul the lights and explain to customs what the lights are for.
There’s only a hand full of pay sites in my niche I have the most photos and girls, the photos the other sites have are the same quality. Better quality photos can only make my membership retention higher as well AS making it easier to get listed.
