I just want to stick my nose in and say I've never found any adult domain appraisal service that's of any value to me. If someone knows of one I'd be interested to know about it too.

Whenever I've wanted to sell something...and I mean sell it now, not just have it added to an upcoming adult domain auction or blasted for having an unreasonable price by the nay-sayers on GFY...what I've always done is create a web page and a document that clearly lays out everything about why the site/domain has value and therefore why I'm asking the price I am for it.

Then I'll put the word out to the most serious buyers I know along with (if it's worth enough) placing an ad or ads in publications like XBiz to create leads to new buyers. In those ads I don't give away the URL of the site/domain but only punch up the most desirable points about what makes the site/domain valuable (as outlined in the web page and document that I created first).

I won't put the information here but if you want I can show you an example of an ad and document I've used successfully to sell sites. Of course if you're talking about a domain with no site on it you won't have as much to document about it.
