Put my shorts yesterday and was continuously tugging at them to keep them up. When I went for a ride, I checked and in the last 4 months I appear to have lost about 2.5" off my waist. I haven't really changed my diet, though, I did stop drinking diet coke except when I get it with lunch/dunner, so, the only thing I can directly relate is the bike riding I've been doing.
Now I need to get some new shorts as I have a few pair that are a little large now.
