Natural scrolling will throw you off for a little bit, but, after a few days, it'll become natural.

You can set your trackpad to have a right click 'area' so that it works more like a PC. I believe you can use normal 2-button mice.

For the most part, you won't see a lot of difference. You can run BootCamp in case you want to reboot into windows, or, with Parallels you can run a Windows instance in a virtual machine.

Terminal/Command Prompt is Unix rather than DOS, so, if you are used to dropping to a command prompt to do things, you need to use the Unix equivalents.

Most applications work the same. If you're near an Apple store, they will do the data migration from your PC to a Mac (I'm not sure if there is a fee for this).
