I was speaking legally.
But, value wise, if I want to send traffic to a nonadult revenue producer, there are a lot more effective ways to do it than thru exit links.
If greeny wants me to give him a support link for something, I have close to zero issues with doing that. His traffic is good, hes a good guy, I got no prob supporting his projects, tho, frankly, I'd be happiest with something that shared revenue.
But I looked at the legal theory on exit links long long ago, decided that the premise, that you have to give an unqualified surfer a way off the page as a legal protection to the page owner, was baseless. You dont see anything like it anywhere else - why? - because it's baseless.
Adult content warnings in general may be baseless, but, I like them.
