Related, I just came to think of a friend of mine.
He is a very good amateur-musician, I used to have an income from it.
The last ten years (or even more) he haven't bought a single album, only downloading pirated mp3's.
We've had countless arguments over this.
Then his son got success and he started to complain his son lost income from pirate downloads.
Go figure.
