Yea I was going to look into the legalzoom route. Hopefully they have a suggestion on an agent that's a requirement for a company there. I've seen a ton online for that. I think the range is around $49-$200 a year depending what you want the agent to do. Only need to issue the minimum shares too.

Just want to make sure I do it right the first time so I don't have to go back and fix things.
