Not really a scam if you know there are minimums thou I understand how frustrating it is since I've written off a few of these myself. Trust me, it's easier to say fuck it and redirect your traffic than chasing that last sale or two so you can get paid.
This is the number one reason I like ccbill and their ability to merge accounts together.
