It's such a big question, that I am left wondering if you should ask it a real SE board with the hope of getting a response from SEO's who really know the KW bus...
I have heard that you should try to have your chosen keyword/s at least 4 times on your page, plus in all your metas... but as I say... I think this is not the place to ask... go for the experts
