I had my alarm set for 4:30 AM. At 4 AM Christy wakes me up saying that my alarm never went off so I jump out of bed and start making expresso and then realize that it isn't even 4:30 yet. Oddly we were still late making it to the gym. I think I'll wake Christy up at 3 AM tomorrow as payback.
Did 13 miles biking yesterday. Between that and working out this morning I feel like I've been run over by the Hump Day camel.
Just another day of work and doing another course for my ongoing required education. Today I get to take a course on Workmen's Compensation.
