I sell spell eBooks and have a web form for client's queries/problems/complaints. Usually I mostly get people asking me to sent them the eBooks for free, and give some reason why they should be given them for free (normally a variation on "I am a poor Nigerian and I need the spells to help my mother/wife/daughter/auntie/second cousin twice removed").
