Goooooooood Morning
Finally received the news I was waiting for about half hour ago. I wasn't saying anything because I did not want to jinx it but we finally got one of our rental properties sold, money is now in my bank account
This F'ing pile of crap has been on the market for three F'ing years but as of today it is not mine. Happy Happy Joy Joy! The house itself was quite nice for a low income rental but for whatever reason it was a revolving door. I think in the 10 yrs we had this one we have had 20+ tenants in it, no joke. It was a nightmare.
Well gotta get back to my project as I can now see the light at the end of the tunnel.
