You should do the British lottery then, all wins are tax free!
(But they charge tax on buying the ticket, so they get the tax in the end, but all the losers have to pay a share of the winner's tax. Plus this means that they get their tax even if there are no winners that week!)

Many many years ago, when Britain had just started having a lottery, there was a newspaper report about someone who took the money and dumped their family and friends. I was a member of a drama group at the time, and during a break in setting the stage we started talking about this. Everyone said how disgusting this was and that they would never ditch their friends. I thought it witty to say "Well, after I win, I'll never even talk to you lot ever again." Someone replied "In that case, we are all looking forward to you winning!"
