Not the install disc, for resetting windows even with keeping files and folders will reset after it removes all 3rd party programs (even those you have had for many years and migrated fine and even programs such as previous versions of office)
Also be very sure you have a full state backup program installed and updated

I've heard 10 is a nightmare unless you have a brand new machine and want only to run wordpad.
Many programs/drivers etc have not caught up.
