Back from house/dog/cat sitting yesterday. Had a hospital appointment today, doctor has given me even more medication to take.
Now work - still learning how to manipulate databases with perl. I never bothered with databases when I originally learnt perl, and learning a new skill is both fun and infuriating in equal measures. Still, if I can learn a new trick, I guess that proves I am not an old dog.
