is on. I guess I'll pay little attention to that as I work & stay indoors, seeing as it's supposed to be 85-90°F today (aka Room Temp for Cleo)

Speaking of temperatures, I completely forgot that I had my 1st Cryotherapy session on Tuesday. 3 minutes in the unit with a temp that dropped to -81°C or -114°F

Why you ask? It's along the lines of why you put ice on a pain or take an icebath after a workout. I felt good after, but then had my chiro session which got my back acting up, so next time, it's chiro before cyro
