Moring.
In Ontario (Canada), today is start of ragweed season. This year has been brutal for other allergens so I've been on Aerius allergy medication for a month now. Hopefully, I won't notice the additional pollen in the air.
Did 4 mi (6.66 km) on the elliptical yesterday. Half in exercise mode and the other half at a slow pace just watching TV. I'll be back on in an hour or so this morning.
Hopefully that and some diet changes will start to get my weight down. (I've said that many times before!)
Other than that, the same old. I have to go out and get groceries and dog food. Maybe back to IKEA to buy my daughter a bed frame (after "tire kicking" last time).
