I'm guessing it is a mistake, that they copied the conditions from a template. However if I am wrong, and they are deliberatly trying to get traffic via non adult sites, then they are trying to sell bondage porn to kids, and we should treat them like any other paedophile. (IE kick them to the floor and stamp on their heads until they are a squishy mess.)
