Having gone through (and still go through) things like this stomach ache, I can strongly suggest keeping a food journal -- what you ate, time, and when the pains started. It can be from vague things like too much sugar, dairy, or gluten. Medications can make it much worse as they tend to kill off the good bacteria.
We are about to head to the old house for our next-to-last load of stuff plus a bit of cleaning. I've had my network on minimum intrusion for the past couple of days while we get that place done, so I am backlogged right now. We turn the keys in on Tuesday evening!
