No that isn't it. The business has changed. We now get thousands of submits each week from webmasters that either don't know what they are doing, using some auto submit program to spam us, submitting under many different names and e-mails, submitting the exact same template every day, the list goes on.
It isn't like this never was a problem, it's just that now there seems to be entire countries of webmasters doing it. They are ruining it for the newbies and everyone else too.
