If you plan on making similar sites out of those URL's (2 amateur sites & 3 big boob sites) and plan on keeping the same name for the sites, I'd just swap out the content & ads & forget aobut it.
Now, if you plan on completely changing those sites so that they are different from the name & descriptions that link lists already have in place for you, I'd email the link list owners (or post here) and ask for them to be removed until you redisign & resubmit them at a later date.
