Got a site I purchased a couple months ago, but it's not in an industry I know much about and I have been having trouble commercializing it. It has a tonne of potential though, as I said anywhere from 20k - 100k thousand views a day depending on how frequently it's updated.
I basically don't have the time or quite frankly the interest in the subject to pursue it further and would rather stick to the stuff I know.
I've never put adult ads on it, though I think it'd make a killing - It's basically a huge archive of celebrity images with about 2000 pages.
I'm just looking for a reasonable offer, like I said I just really don't have the interest to be running it as I usually work with travel sites and have more than enough of those to keep me busy.
