That is beyond sucking, Ramster. I am really amazed that Mojo doesn't have a backup that the software didn't nuke especially with the level of sites the host and their reputation within the industry. This makes me rethink my backup routine, seriously. Hope it gets fixed soon (ie, Mojo finds the files they trashed.)
