I'm a little behind schedule to day. I woke up at 5am and had trouble getting back to sleep. Then you get back to sleep and suddenly it's 8:30am!

I've got a couple of appointments today. One of them is a lunch meeting that's now in person rather than online. The other is a blood donation in the mid afternoon. Other than that it's work.
