Good Morning
Yesterday I did some prep work in the morning that lasted longer than expected and hurt more than it should. This was a signal I did not pick up on until...POP...my back went out. Since then it's been a lot of ice and heat applied with some light stretching.
Only good thing about this is that it's on the right side of the lower back. This has been the typical injury I've had for decades until the big one I had on my left side 11 months ago that I'm dealing with still. I'm hoping this means I'm getting back to normal.
Today is going to be a lot of ice, heat and light stretching while doing biz work and that's about it. Don't need to do anything really stupid just yet.
