I would certainly ban any such pages.
Here's the problem though : if something's exploitable, it will be. Think of the demand for free porn, the most searched-for thing on the internet. Now how much demand would there be for a device which makes GETTING free porn easier?
Brings me back to the real issue at hand. Pics and movies are dead. There, I said it. They're like the icing on the cake nowadays. So, we have to be clever. The medium has changed. What do we sell that can't be downloaded for free?
IMO a lot needs to change. Sponsors are using out-moded business models. We suffer for it. The only way to consistently make money (unless you have FUCKLOADS of traffic) is find out what can't be downloaded...and sell that.
