Sure, they are marketing tools which make no claims of free anything.
That's one of the reasons I'm switching over to PPJ, those damn cheap/free trials don't convert worth a crap either. I much prefer to extol the virtues of a site that will cost a few bucks and have the surfer find it there at that price, like it, and join and be satisfied and then tell his friends where he found it
