Good morning!
Well, I've been up for hours, even had a long run before breakfast.
After months of struggling with my stomach, I am now fit and well again.
The trick was to exclude stuff from my diet, like milk and some types of flour.
Feels good to have energy again.
It's been lot of family stuff lately, but hopefully I have time to work a lot forward.
