I usually go for 120(W) X 160 (H) or 113 X 150. A lot of people use larger thumb because supposedly it cuts down on bandwidth (less need for surfers to click on them). I don't know about that though, sounds a bit irish to me (no offense to anyone lol).
Yeah, big thumbs are sexy. Small thumbs just look cheap and nasty imo.
