I like ePassporte.  I understand ironing out new processes.  I even understand delays in development.  What I do not understand is the evasiveness and the defensiveness in your replies.  That is so not consistent with the service I received from Amparo.  Yes, the process was longer than what I wanted it to be, but she never came across like this.

 Amparo is great!  She makes herself totally available to her clients at all times.  
I know I'm pretty direct and matter-of-fact, but I don't think I'm evasive or defensive at all.  I agree I may be defending ePassporte, but, a lot of people simply misrepresent it on these boards and I'm simply trying to correct the misunderstandings.  If we ever meet you'll find I'm totally a nice guy.  Really!  ;-)
