I am surely not the first person to complain about your customer service. I cc'ed you and a few others because after faxing this sensitive information 3 times, I thought that was enough. So, when my fax machine says that cs received the fax and cs says they didn't, where do you suppose it went...3 times???

And, I really have to disagree about my expierience with epassporte's cs. If you have a weak customer service behind a product, how can that not reflect on the product as a whole?

Back then was a bad time for this to happen. But I did try before my mother passed away. Still, to no avail. I remember you calling me to let me know that my limit was indeed raised. And yet, it was not.
