I should add that when I trying to decide how to handle a 404 listing a lot depends on if I know the name from the boards. I tend to be very forgiving and understanding if I know them from the boards and they are active or at least if they come to the boards seeking help.
Just another reason why it is so important to be active on the boards in this business.
