I'd whack a "links page" someplace and submit it, as well as submitting to blogs etc...
What category??? - who knows.. "more links". "fetish", "humor"(if they have one) - regardless of what page you get listed on the PR will help.
I don't know, maybe an email to individual webmasters asking them where you submit it to..
I'll give you a main page trade (recip on whatever page you create so you don't break up the layout with recips), just to piss them off.
