You need to have a search filter that offers many possibilities. Our clients can search within each section on about 30 different attributes.

At the moment a lot buy on price. but if you can shoot better than the rest you get the "Educated and successful" buyer.
Basically it's a very competetive market at the moment and unless you have something different to offer you're in for a hard ride
