I don't know if it's a comedy of errors, a contest to see how many hoops they can make me jump thru or just plain old crappy customer support.
After reading DrB's post about his phone call to the ePassporte customer support line & seeing as they stated that I had to email or call them, I choose email. The email I sent is posted above. 30 hours later I get this reply:

If you would like another verification attempt, please call our Cardholder
Services Center at any of the numbers listed below for further assistance.

This is twice that I've been told by the error notices on their website to contact
cs@epassporte.com & each time I do, I'm told that's not how I'm supposed to do it
Anyone wanna bet the customer support rep I call tomorrow has no clue what I'm talking about?
