It is all trail and error to see who's traffic works best with your stuff.
How much traffic a place sends you is only part of what you need to looks at. You need to watch your sponsor's stats to see what ads are bring in sales and then figure out where the traffic came from that is feeding the ads that are converting for you.
All this is different for each webmaster so asking who has the best traffic is like asking who sells that best food.
