Actually Cleo talked a bit about Geo Targeting using PHPAdsNew...

That's really the way to go but it's not a "simple" solution...

I've learned a bunch about using htaccess also to do some of this and if I ever get some time I'll get both PHPAdsNew geo targeting set up AND do a few more htaccess tweaks to really target that traffic...
