Webmaster should be experienced in the following fields:
***Managing an affiliate program
***Traffic generating skills
***SE optimizing skills
***Aggressive work habits
***Html and Php experience
***cgi, perl experience
***Some Graphic skills
***Board whore a plus
***Must live in US or Canada
***English speaking with a phone
