well Cleo like i just said, i was pampering to the lazy webmaster,and after it has been so kindly pointed out that most will use the lazy option, I have removed the recip tables, it should be easy enough for ppl to make their own for the LL's that they wish to submit too.
After all its you guys that get the submits so naturally you don't want the same recips, and i thank you guys for that after all i only built it to help ppl ,,and not to get blacklisted or put down
And i hope some ppl will find it useful
