Most of the major SE will do it for you - hell I even quit submitting my sites there spiders should pick up on them..

<meta name="robots" content="index,follow"> and its always good to add this tag

Also this board is a good source and the web and if you dont understand just read it again and again till you do.. "been there done that"

also try google adwords for instant results - but it costs and it takes time to figure it out..
